If payment is not made in full at the time of booking, a deposit of $75 is required upon submission of the registration form and balance of payment is due on or before registration day (08/01/2024) and can be made by: 

[1] EFT or Credit Card, if paid before 08/01/2024.
[2] Credit card/cash on the day of registration. 

Cancellation by the camper before 15/12/2024 will incur a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after this date. Cancellations must be in writing to admin@tristarbasketballacademy.com.au. Any camper who leaves the camp due to illness or injury will be given a pro-rata credit, good for use at future Tristar Camps.

COVID-19
We would like to reassure our families that if the camp is cancelled because of COVID-19 or related restrictions, a full refund of any fees paid will be made.
Tristar Basketball Academy staff are COVID-19 certified and this camp will be run in accordance with our COVID Safe Plan.
